Die letzten Tage habe ich mir diese Präsentation der Rickenbacker 1966 mehrmals angesehen. Wahrscheinlich mehr als 20 mal. Es gibt eine ganze Reihe von Videos in denen Gitarren und Bässe vorgestellt werden. Aber das ist das Beste, was ich bisher gefunden habe. Die Riffs sind gut und eine Prise Humor ist auch dabei ;-)
Zur Gitarre:

Wer kennt die Riffs? Ich kenne nur das erste und das letzte. Das ist unverwechselbar Day Tripper von The Beatles. Alle anderen kommen mit bekannt vor, aber ich komme nicht drauf. Ich brauche dabei die Hilfe meiner rockigen Leser! Schreibt mir eure Ideen in den Kommentaren.

Also ab ca. 1:00 klingt das auf jeden Fall nach Jimi. Danach tippe ich auf Stevie Ray Vaughan & The Double Trouble.

AntwortenLöschenich finde auch dass es nach einer minute sehr nach jimi klingt, kenne aber kein lied von ihm mit der melodie. daher würde fast behaupten es ist einfach improvisiert mit einem hendrix-klangbild.
danach kenne ich nichts mehr.
Was mit Deinem Blog los? Nicht schleifen lassen hier. Um Dir was zu tun zu geben, mache ich mal den nächsten Vorschlag. Da es ja hier so schön warm ist und ich gerade in kurzer Hose und Hut auf der Terasse liege, höre ich natürlich auch Musik. Ich plädiere daher für eine Albenvorstelung von den Stray Cats, die unter Rockabily fallen, also echter Rock n Roll in seiner Urform. Dann leg mal los
